Revamped the thirst depletion system, and added new config options for it:
- you can decide whether healing depletes hydration
- you can decide if temperature and humidity are taken into account when - dehydrating from healing
- you can decide if health will regenerate slower unless your thirst bar is full (like how hunger works)
- Fire protection and fire resistance slow down dehydration
- You can find various drinks in structures' chests
- Piglins now trade Purified Water
- The Sand Filter now has a Ponder scene
- Using Create Central Kitchen, you can brew Farmer's Respite
