TFC Fresh Water Everywhere

This mod does one simple, albeit big in terms of gameplay, thing; it changes the salt water oceans in TFC to fresh water. This likely makes TFC, or at least the oceans if one needs large amounts of water, compatible with more mods that rely on "fresh" (vanilla) water. That's it.
