Fixes:
- The name of the gray dye and the gray planks(you can blame my brother)
- The recipe for the Scrapper(again my brother's fault)

- Scrappers can now be used to remove grass from a grass block and moss from cobblestone.

- Changed the name from "wood color" to "wood dye"
- Now to stain a plank you must right click on the plank with the respective stain/wood color.
Additions:
- Gray wood dye and gray stained wood
- A scrapper used to remove stain/dyee from planks
