Added Bubble Cluster ability to Soft and Wet, you can now fill a small area with bubbles using sneak+z, slowing you down temporarily as they spread. They can be moved along a little slower than normal bubbles with block+z (bubble cluster redirect), and popped if you want to make a new cluster (sneak+z while any bubbles in the cluster remain). This ability was designed to move a lot of liquids at once or pick up a lot of items or make larger areas affected by bubbles, and is a reference to Josuke filling the hospital with bubbles
Soft and wet Bubble redirect is now the block ability, and it has spread if there are multiple bubbles so you can place many bubbles down along a bigger area
Soft and wet bubbles can now replace liquids that are not "full" instead of wasting liquids
Soft and wet lava bubbles now are fully lit in the dark
Soft and wet friction stealing no longer works on climbing targets
Fixed bug of worthiness arrow being stackable (not intended), so you can pick up and dupe them in stacks
Fixed a bug where star finger has massive, seemingly limitless range when enemy mobs use it
