Roundabout: The JoJo Mod

• Added block destruction barrage config, for those who want to absolutely mine our their world save with stand barrages (dear lord)
• Added block destruction barrage launch config, for those who want to explode blocks they launch mobs into with barrage
• Fixed bug where mining tier config prevented drops from things that didnt require pickaxes when toggled past level 0 (yikes)
• Fixed duplicate config option and typo in config
• Fixed redbind offset being bad on corpses that are not activated
• Fixed typo with some visages being called masks
