Minor bugfix update:

• Add black hole config options (@OakPlatinum)
• Add a small delay before jetpack takeoff
• Adjust jetpack speeds, they are now much lower
• Improve jetpack tooltips
• Increase Exo Armor Energy Storage capacity
• Fix metal duplication in atomic forge by restructuring ore processing chains. Fragment forges now produce gems, which can be smelted, or processed in the foundry or atomic forge (Each variant granting more yield)
• Fix some recipes not being shown correctly in guide book
• Fix enderic laser and charger block not dropping their content when destroyed
• Fix russian translation not working
• Fix end cities not being able to generate (by just removing the ability to catch shulkers with spawners, this might come back later)
• Fix capes being rendered while wearing boosted elytras
• Fix players getting kicked on dedicated server when flying for too long with the jetpack (and flying disabled on the server)
