Adds wind that can blow in any direction and affects the movement of entities. Stronger during rain and extra strong during thunder. Although most days are calm, if you are unlucky it can get quite crazy!
Also adds wind sounds.

Unless it's really windy, entities on the ground will not be affected. Just be careful when jumping.
All entities are affected, including items and presumably armor stands.
Does not affect creative mode players. There is only wind in the overworld, for evident reasons. Currently uses daylight level of block to determine if the player is "outside", meaning glass does not block wind.
I will target both 1.20.1 and the latest version for any updates. Any versions in between or before are not supported.
TODO: Version 2.0 for a complete overhaul of the wind calculation and physics, and separate wind calculation into its own API so I can make other mods with wind.
