Updated the mod to use the Collective's improved MessageFunctions instead of StringFunctions.

The mod now has the possibility to also broadcast a message to the server whenever a new player joins.
Disabled by default, but can be enabled by inputting a string in the 'serverBroadcastMessage' config.
