Removed default and optional bundle recipes as vanilla now has a recipe for bundles
Fixed tag based nesting prevention not working under certain circumstances
Greatly improved bundle nesting logic, allowing for empty bundles to be inserted into other bundles, but preventing the insertion of bundles that have items in them
Fixed shulker boxed being unable to carry bundles
Added two new optional recipes for the bundle along with the ability to disable the default recipe
