Changes:
- removed Arrow-/Trail enchantments from Enchantment Tables
- Trail enchantments are now applicable to Horse Armor and Wolf Armor
- Trail enchantments are now only triggered when a player moves forward,left or right and when equipped by wolf or horse
- Night Vision no longer checks whether the player sees the sky

- Pegasus enchantment is now applicable to Horse Armor instead of Boots

Changes:
- Sonic now also decreases sneak speed

- Red Moon is now only appliable on Armor Pieces
- Creeper Alloy does less damage but more knockback
- Pickpocket, Pacifier & Poppy Peace are now exclusive
- Enchantments now have exclusive set dependencies for NeoEnchant+
- Now includes en_us language file which also includes descriptions for Enchantment Descriptions to make Enchantments Encore compatible with it. (Data Pack users will have to put the data pack in their resource pack folder as well)
- Enchantment tag list entries are now optional which allows users to remove enchantments without having to modify tag lists (Data Pack version only)
- Bunny Hop: added a bit of safe fall distance
- Sonic: nerfed base speed (from 0.025 to 0.015)
- Ice Alloy: nerfed damage and time entities are being frozen
- Rejuvenation: nerfed base health added (from 2 to 1) and capped the enchantment at lvl 4 (was 5)
- Swift Slash: nerfed speed (base from 0.15 to 0.1, additional speed per level from 0.075 to 0.05)
- Red Moon: got reworked a bit. Increased base armor loss values and gained attack damage (both from 1.5 to 2.5). In addition to that the player now looses half a heart for each hit taken when the enchantment is active (stacks when having more than one piece of equipment with the enchantment). Lost health will be restored upon death or when the player has slept
- fixed cross-/bow enchantments also triggering when hitting blocks/entities with the weapon instead of only when firing at it
- Flare enchantment now also triggers when hitting a block
- Flare enchantment now also randomizes each shape instead of only selecting one
- Trail Arrow enchantments now no longer kill arrows when after they have landed
