Before Convert
Click on a Wandering Trader with the configured amount of emerald blocks (default: 1). It should then successfully convert it to a Villager.

Run `/function convert_trader:config` to open the in-game config menu.

After Convert
It will consume the configured amount of emerald blocks (default: 1). You can see that the entity's data has been copied from the trader (can be toggled in config)
