-Fixed bug with enchantment books becoming un-synced on shift press.
-Fixed issue with enchantment book descriptions being bound to the shift key, it is now bound to the sneak key, and is changed when you change the sneak key.
-Removed the Item Frame module, it will be showing up in Waila very shortly.
-Removed tank contents from Tinkers Construct, that is now in Tinkers Construct.
-Added support for Thaumcraft.
