Fixed an issue that prevented the mod from working when the system language was not English
Added an optional config to make rope arrows exclusive to crossbows
Added configs to disable all the 3 jar features: capturing mobs, holding fluids and holding cookies so you can have them as simple as you want.
Faucets can no longer visually connect to jars behind. They now also correctly emit light source. Fixed some related faucet bugs & optimized the block in general
Framed blocks will no longer drop their content when the block isnt mined with the correct tool for the containing block
Other misc fixes
