Pufferfish's Skills

In this update the mod was split. Attributes are now in a separate mod Pufferfish's Attributes. The default skill trees were removed, but can still be downloaded as a data pack Default Skill Trees.

• Cleaned up client side code.
• Refined and stabilized the API.
