Changes:
- use mod menu implementation of mod icon fetching - fixes various missing mod icons
- swap to ? for missing mod icons, differentiating from missing shard info
- change scroll speed of tablet to 1 set at a time
- fix migrate command not updating shard sets
- don't separately save shard sets when source ID serves this purpose
- don't store or save shard source text to shards - fetch it on the fly
