What changed
- Fix 1.21.9+ crash when a Mannequin gets rendered #295 (Scabbard sword is now fully removed in 1.21.9+)
- Fully remove in world book rendering, as that feature never worked correctly, can be replicated with a resource pack, and crashed 1.21.9+
