This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of Nature's Cauldron ("the Mod"), including all source files, binaries, art assets, and other related materials provided with the release. By downloading, using, or building the Mod, you agree to the following terms:

Usage Permissions

• You are permitted to use the Mod within modpacks, provided the modpack is distributed free of charge.
• Any other form of redistribution, including but not limited to paid modpacks, standalone redistribution, or integration into non-free collections, is strictly prohibited.

Source Code and Art Assets

• The source files and art assets of the Mod are included with the release. You are allowed to build the source files and use the art assets for personal use only.
• If you build the source project without making any modifications, the resulting build is subject to the same usage and distribution restrictions as the official release of the Mod.
• You may modify the source files or art assets for personal use only. Redistribution of source files or art assets in any form is strictly prohibited.
