- Added biome whitelist configs for world generation

- Updated a bunch of crop/essence/seed textures

- Fixed the Soul Extractor not dropping itself when broken

- Fixed Essence Watering Cans being 'infinitely refillable'

- Fixed mob drops not respecting the doMobLoot gamerule

- Fixed Infusion recipes not working if they aren't 8 items, or contain 'minecraft:air' ingredients
