Changes:

- Added Mekanism crops: Fluorite

- Added Tinkers' Construct crops: Cobalt, Hepatizon, Manyullyn, Pig Iron, Queens Slime, Rose Gold, Slimesteel, Tinkers Bronze

- Added Twilight Forest crops: Steeleaf, Ironwood, Knightmetal, Fiery Ingot

- Added an essence recipe for Music Disk - Pigstep

- Added a config option to allow enchanting Supremium tools

- Added a config option to disable fake players being able to use watering cans

- Enabled shift-clicking in the Tinkering Table GUI

- Essence Farmland changes:

  - Can now be converted between different essence tiers in-world

  - Can no longer be trampled

  - Will no longer change to regular dirt after being dried out

- Regular seed crafting recipe changes:

  - Moved the 'seedCraftingRecipes' config option from the server config to the common config (allowing it to function once again)

  - These are now regular json recipes in the mod datapack

  - The recipe IDs have changed because of this (technically a breaking change for some people)

- Watering Cans are now throttled twice as long for fake players

- Fixed the Mining AOE augment not working on some blocks

- Fixed crops not accounting for crux or required biomes in some cases

- Fixed item rendering on top of the Tinkering Table
