More Bows: Restrung!

This update brings feature parity across every port of More Bows: Restrung! For the 1.7.10 port, this means:

• Configuration settings were added to allow changing the stats of each bow
• A configuration setting was added to allow changing how ammo use works for multi-shot bows
• You can repair bows with their main crafting material in an anvil
• Snow layers now stack higher
• Small optimisations were made

If you want to use this release, simply download the file named "MoreBows-1.0.10.jar" and add it to your mods folder.
