More Bows for 1.12.2 - Why are you my parity (v1.0.10)

This update brings feature parity across every port of More Bows: Restrung! For the 1.12.2 port, this means:

An error message will now be displayed if you are running a version of Forge too old to use this mod (previously, this would cause a crash)
You can repair bows with their main crafting material in an anvil
Small optimisations were made

If you want to use this release, simply download the file named "MoreBows-1.0.10+1.12.2.jar" and add it to your mods folder.
