- Updated required versions of Bookshelf and GameStages
- Cleaned up how item stages are stored.
- Item stages are now sorted before they're used. Technically faster.
- Fixed resource reloading (F3 + T) causing desync with JEI.
- Added the ability to remove stages in ZenScript.
