Book Formatting

A simple fabric mod that adds buttons to the book GUI to insert the normally untypeable formatting codes into the text. Also lets you type a section sign (§) using left alt.

NOTE: Due to a bug in vanilla the reset code (§r) does not reset formatting from the previous line until the next line. To avoid this you can reset the formatting after each line or use a color code instead which also resets all other formatting.
