[1.19-1.19.2] Entropy 1.5.1

This new version of Entropy fixes a softlock on the nether roof and adds some new events

What's Changed

Tweaks:

Reduced the amount of Vexes spawned in Vex Attack Event.
[FIX] Fix softblock on the nether roof for skyblock, to the moon and tp to heaven event.

Events:

Blaze Event. This blaze is given resistance and strength in order to be a bit more challenging.
Silverfish event
Endermite Event
Satiation Event.
Fix Player Vitals Event.
