v4.0.0: Full refactor, ported to 1.21. This update was massive. I've added seamless compatibility with all of my tools mods, which are Pure Emerald Tools, Pure Quartz Tools, Pure Amethyst Tools, Pure Copper Tools, and Pure Ores. Default cooldown and durability loss has been tweaked. Gamerules have been renamed, as well.
