Ductwork

Version 0.3.0 (probably stable but initially tagged beta for major changes)

• Dropped 1.18/1.18.1 support to make new development easier.
• Allow Collector intake to be oriented separately from output.
• Add a "later fixer upper" to set intake when old blocks are upgraded.
• Break redstone when rotating collector intake from top.
• Improved block use actions (see the wiki).
• Blocks can now be re-oriented without re-placing them.
• Add configuration for Ducwork. Requires Cloth Config and integrates with Mod Menu.
• Add a mode to limit Ductwork to Vanilla capabilities.
• Add a placement option to quickly place Ducts on Ducts.
