Added support for Create Misc and Things.
Added support for Statement. The mod remains optional.
- When Statement is installed, it will use enhanced compatibility for waterlogging doors and fence gates.
- This implementation is wonky. If you see doors missing textures, try F3+T to reload resource pack, disable waterlogging or remove Statement.
Updated compat for Macaw's Doors.
- Added tall version of Bamboo doors of both colour and style as well as store and sliding glass door.
- Also added the new doors to Macaw doors category tag.
Updated compat for Abundant Atmosphere: Tall Gourdroot Doors have been added.

Bumped up minimum Forge version requirement to 43.2.0, encouraging updating for stability.
Increased minimum Macaw Doors version to 1.0.8 if planning to use Macaw's Doors.
