Added Australian Dollar (AUD), Japanese Yen (JPY), and Swiss Franc (CHF).

Added Bank Machine.

Added Custom villagers with custom trades.

Banker == You can trade Euro, USD, GBP and old Romanian Leu (~1906) banknotes/coins for Emerald and vice versa.

Exchanger == You can trade every currency into Euro, USD, GBP and vice versa (if those currencies don't have the recipe of that banknote, e.g. Euro to USD doesn't work.)

Cards are still useless.
