Staff Mod 0.2.0-beta

What's new since 0.1.1-alpha.2

• Added snow block
  • Hold use key (right mouse button) to rapid fire snowballs

What changed since 0.1.1-alpha.2

• Change staff stats
  • Increase damage 1->4 HP
  • Decrease attack speed 4->2 (faster than any vanilla weapons)
  • Increase DPS 4->8 HP
