Particle Tweaks

Particles in Minecraft have always simply popped in and out of existence, and have always lacked a coat of paint that some people might've wanted.

This mod fixes that, now making almost all particles grow/fade into existence, and shrink/fade out of existence! On top of that, some particles are now effected by water.

Bubbles will also finally pop instead of vanishing, too!
